Lavanya Dasari

My pet is 1.5 years old, and I've been diligent about cleaning his ears daily. Recently, I noticed a brown discharge in his left ear. Upon closer inspection, the ear appears to be clean, but when I wiped it with a white cloth, I observed a dark-colored discharge. Can someone please help me understand what might be happening with my pet? Thank you in advance.

Hi Lavanya. It could be either a bacterial or yeast infection. It can also be a mite infestation. Kindly get him examined by a vet along with ear wax cytology test for the correct diagnosis and treatment.

My 3 months golden retriever has a haf finger size bump on his neck where the 3rd vaccine was given 10 days back. Is it normal?? He doesn’t have any pain as I have touched his bump and pressed it and he is bery active too. Should i be worried??
