My 2 years old Shih Tzu dog has been recently very aggressive towards strangers who come home and to my sister. He has bites them without warning. What can be done?

Good morning doctor My 7 months old puppy not ate the food from yesterday night ... Yesterday he gone to hospital for treatment ...doctor treated well gave 3 no’s of injection & gave tablets also ... and doctor said he’s suffered from infection ...but from yesterday night he didn’t eat the food pls help me
