U can use oatmeal content shampoos like episoothe, if any skin issue or itchiness u can use petben and for bacterial and fungal infection issues u can use dermotil k shampoo

Don’t bathe the 3 months, wait for one more month then you can give bath Generally we advice bathing after 4 months of age
