Hi Anjali. Please use Kiwof puppy syrup (1ml/kg) before food. Repeat after 21 days. I would suggest you to speak in detail to any vet online on kuddle to get proper treatment.

My shihtzu had the same issue when he was a month old.. i changed his diet from kibbles to home made food and added skin supplement
Within a month his skin improved
