My dog has a white patch near one of his lips, and when I touch it, it feels like jelly. What could this be, and any medications?

Hello, mam my dog is unwell since yesterday he is having diarrhea, vomitted the undigested food yesterday, has not eaten anything for more than 24 hours except little water and electrolyte in between. Today he has been straining to poop however nothing comes out vomited bile with some food particles few mins ago, urinated twice yellowish,, his body is warm has applied soak wet towel..gave him digyton plus as well . It's very warm in here is it cuz of heat, please let me know what to do to make him better, Thank You

Hello everyone, My 8 year old Labrador, Choco, is spewing up droplets of blood like this every now and then. This happens mostly when he wakes up from sleep and is resting. Please note that this has not happened before and it’s been 2 days that we have noticed yhis happening. Even local doctors are mostly puzzled and have decided to conduct some scans for an initial diagnosis. Please let me know what you think of this.
