Pyoderma could occur secondary to Flea allergy, atopy, demodicosis, food allergy etc...Or your pet could have contact dermatitis...It requires examination...Kindly schedule an appointment with Vet for home visit.
My pet had a similar symptoms. The vet recommended to apply betatidne solution. Just dab it a bit in cotton and apply it 2 times a day (Morning and night ). It shall heal in few days
