Hi My toy poodle is 4 month 10 days old Recently given her deworming through suspension Would it be effective to continue the same medicine as per her weight? Or should I change to any tablets? Her weight is 2.9 kgs Kindly advise

I have kiwof plus doctor Should I give that? And it says 1 tablet per 10 kg weight Ollie is just 2.9.so would it be 1/3rd?

One of the most memorable days of my life , Rio's first birthday.
