Maya is having this discharge daily from her left eye. This much quantity on a daily basis. She has been having this for the last 4-5 days, she has never had this before that. Is this an infection?

From yesterday my 2.5 year golden Retriever puked 2 times i.e yesterday afternoon and night .. today morning also he did in yellow colour with foam. Kindly suggest some medication for the same and reason why it is happening.
