Is your pet's behaviour normal?The black colour poop is an indication that there's bleeding somewhere in the stomach and the reasons for this could be parasites, poisoning, severe bacterial infection, liver or kidney diseases with anemia sometimes. Get your pet clinically examined along with stool examination to rule out worm infestation. Plus blood tests may also required.

Hi, I would suggest getting him checked, like the other doctor correctly pointed out this can happen because of so many reasons. It could just be dry stools accumulated for some time but on the other hand can also happen due to internal bleeding disorders. I would suggest getting a physical examination done and further diagnostics done based on the attending doctor's advice.
