We have 6 years pomerenian dog and he has itiching in his private parts and he is licking too. He has red rashes please help

Dogs lick there private part usually that is normal If they look too much that may turn to bacterial infection Try to clean that area with normal dry cloth when it's too wet If reddish patches are too many have to start antibiotic course
