Can we give rice with milk to 6 months puppy?

In small quantities like few tablespoons per day is ok but rice with milk as a food daily not advisable. instead you can give curd with rice or buttermilk with rice daily as food.

Hi, some dogs can be lactose intolerant. I would suggest to try a small serving first to understand if your puppy is ok with it before you start giving it freely. Lactose intolerance will show up with vomiting and diarrhoea as primary symptoms. If he is ok with it you can give it sometimes but growing pups require a high protein diet. Egg or chicken should be given regularly milk and rice/ curd rice can be given once in 2-3 days.

Most of the dog's I've raised have been intolerant to milk completely. Instead, I use curd in small amounts and dilute it. Buttermilk also work wonders. Hope it helps. :)
