7 month old Doberman puppy has a cyst like near his hip area (please refer to video). It is juicy and not solid. I can move it, and he’s not in pain when touched. What should be the reason, and what should it be? Please advice

It can be a cyst or can be abscess It has to be examined physically The cause it can be the pet would have got hit with any hard object or it can be injection site abscess also
