I lost my 47-day-old Doberman, Zoro, due to the negligence of a vet assigned by Kuddle. Despite visible signs of illness, the vet didn’t examine or touch him, yet gave a vaccine and deworming. Later that day, Zoro was diagnosed with parvovirus. The hospital vet said giving those meds to a sick pup severely weakened his immunity and reduced his chance of survival. Zoro passed away. I’ve spoken to 3 Kuddle support agents over 4 days, each promised a callback, but no one followed up. This is not about compensation, I don’t want money. I run a company that makes 10x what Kuddle does. This is about accountability. Zoro’s death was preventable. Your silence and carelessness are unacceptable. I’m now considering legal action.
