His name is Tommy. I found him near Vasavi convention centre He didn't have his pet parents around when I found him. I think he might lost and looked very sick and tired.

Hi everyone, I have a 1.9 year old lab who is perfect in my eyes. He has hip dysplasia and was recommended from my vet that neutering him is not suitable because he might gain weight which is not ideal for dog’s with hip dysplasia. So i need a second opinion, any help is appreciated. Thanks
