Madhu

I see grey hairs on my toy poodle She is 6 months old. Is this some kind of deficiency that needs to be taken care ? Let me know if food needs to be changed or any supplements to be given ? As of now, she is on Royal canine and home cooked meals ( dal , rice and veggies) Occassionally she eats watermelon, cucumber and carrots. - she is not on any supplements - groomer informed that her skin is dry . Kindly suggest what supplements to be given for this condition Thank you

Hi Madhu. It can be genetic/may be an adult coat which is common in poodles. But anyhow to be on safer side, get his thyroid levels checked along with LFT and KFT. Plz add any omega 3,6 fatty acids supplement in his diet. Use any non medicated shampoo which has conditioner in it (preferably alovera or oatmeal based one).
