Our 6 year old Lily was licking her paw yesterday, I saw & there was nothing but today it looks like this. I want to call home a Vet but they are not available. What should I do?

Pretty little cuddly cat looking to brighten up your home! Eva is a darling whose not had a lot of good luck come her way, she was thrown out into a dustbin as a little kitten and now she’s lost all her babies. Hi All, is it normal for puppies to feel dull after taking deworming tablet. I gave my puppy the tablet in the morning after his breakfast and he has been sleeping more than usual the entire day plus he just played for 5 mins and got tired. Should I see a vet/is this a cause of concern?
