We noticed these red spots on the underside of our dog. What might these be? Any line of recommended treatment?

MY 2 month old male kitten is peeing every 2 mins , available was only amoxillin augmentin 285 mg so I should just administered him with 0.5 ml lyk that,since at this time I can't go to any vet .Is it fine ,but he is normally playing not showing any distress or straining

Hi. 0.5ml is fine but getting him clinically examined from a vet along with urine analysis is highly recommended.
