Did it happen all of sudden and does he have these lumps on any other part of body and does he have any itching and fleas or ticks on his body

I just noticed today morning. Nothing else is there.we recently gave him bath twice one last week n 2nd this week

If it's hard to touch Apply hot fomentation to that area then it will smoothen and burst out

Inflammation like this can appear due to blunt trauma or If it is around the area where the vaccination was given, it could be a vaccine deposit. If it is not painfull and not increasing in size just apply some cold compression and it should reduce.
