Hi doctor , these two kittens are same 2 months old, one kitten is not growing, one more kitten growth is good , why so, why it is not gaining weight, i have dewormed also

The last one which we call it runt means when the last kitten which is delivered takes time to gain weight
Give him the nutritious food and also can give proviboost syrup twice daily after food

I have two furbabies. One Frenchie and the other beagle. My Frenchie is anorexic and doesn't eat. Even when I leave him for a day or two without a feed he just vomits saliva and bile. I started feeding him due to this. Shown to lots of vets, no one has been able to change this. Does anyone else face this issue with their dogs?
