my dog not able to poop for 2 days she stays in peeing position and not able to poop, its like she forgot how to poop.

Hey. It looks like one. There's also a facial swelling. But definitely needs a clinical examination with differential diagnosis. Was there any insect bite? Or fed your pet with any food which he/she is allergic to? If so, your pet needs to be on anti-allergic tablets.
