Hey. It looks like one. There's also a facial swelling. But definitely needs a clinical examination with differential diagnosis. Was there any insect bite? Or fed your pet with any food which he/she is allergic to? If so, your pet needs to be on anti-allergic tablets.

My 1.7 year old golden retriever hasn't been eating since few days, lethargic and puking out everything that he's eating (yellow puke).
