hi! my female dog is around 1year 9 month old. she was dewormed on 1st nov but today i have seen small worm near her anus.should i give her tablet again?

My cat keeps locking me after I come back from gym. Is he locking the sweat salt ? Do we have to add cooking salt in his meal ? I am a first time cat parent.
