My dog is 1.5years old and today I had seen a lump on his back which came overnight.. until yesterday night it wasn’t there..is it matter of concern??

Not sure how to upload a pic here.. but Bruno is hyperactive kid and full of energy.. until yesterday I haven’t seen any changes in activity or eating habit
