A rescuer has rescued 9 puppies alone and keeping them at home . She has 2 other dogs she cannot keep them any longer decided to leave them back . 2 are at foster home . I found my 1 year old pet was scratching his ear, then noticed his ear was red and watery all over his ear. It's only on his right ear. Can I please know why this has happened? And what should I do?
