My dog has developed this rash. He has been self biting himself from a long time. We have used anti fungal spray as well after vet visit.. but the itching, self biting always comes back.. We have also given him ticks and flea treatment along with flea bite dermatitis in the past. He is a 8 months old puppy and eats well.

Hi Monica, Rashes develop due to various reasons like using detol/lizol for floor cleaning, skin infection, bleeding disorder , urine infection etc. Change the floor disinfectant to a pet friendly one,, incase if you notice stinking urine please get a urine analysis done. If you notice Pustules or more rashes in the hairy regions then consult a veterinarian through online or book a home visit for further examination

Graphic image added I have a 4 year old female lab. She is currently in heat and has swelling in her vulvar area. It looks a little abnormal. Is it a sign of infection?

Hi! Maggie has been shedding a lot lately and scratching herself more than usual. This morning I could see two small bald patches. One on her hindlimb which has slight redness to it and another on her neck. She has a history of demodicosis. What could be the reason for this? Pic 1&2: Hindlimb. Pic 3: Front of the neck.
