My male Shih Tzu(5 years old) is going crazy over female dog next door who's is in heat. He is not eating, playing or sleeping. I am planning to getting him spayed soon. But in the meanwhile id there anything that can calm him down? Like any drops or medicine?

My puppy who is 3 months old now, is not eating anything (we give him home cooked food like bland chicken and rice and also kibble, it’s usually a combination of both) since the last two days.
