Ezekiel is and has been very punctual throughout. His nature and communication is really good and friendly. So that helps pet parents explain our concerns which Ezekiel hears and suggests things. He has never cancelled sessions unnecessarily.  He is a professional. His methods are not harsh and that's what we liked, he is kind to our kid. He is accommodating and takes our feedback really well, always looking at how to help us he shares his knowledge openly and generously. On the hindset, maybe he can add more helpful commands and instructions from his own side and expertise. Sometimes we as pet parents won't know what to ask or we may miss out on things, he could add pointers from his own side and tell us to stick to the syllabus, as a result of which things will fall in place. If he is only responding to what we ask and clears our doubts, a lot of time is gone on that, and we loose out on the syllabus prescribed by the app. That was the only concern .
