Horrible customer service. The place this was delivered from “Vetic Pet Clinic” has not given OTP to the delivery guy and he keeps calling me for the OTP. When I call the clinic they said don’t return the package and we’ll coordinate with the delivery driver. But then again the driver calls and tells me to return the package. The OTP is still not given and the driver has called me a million times. Worst service ever. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from Kuddle ever again!
