My dog keeps scratching his ear and redness has developed in the region. What should be done ?

Do u clean his ears often like once in a week with a cleanser

Clean his ear with ambiflish cleanser and put pomisol ear drops and observe for a week if the redness doesn't reduce then get him checked by a vet
