Hi, my dog is showing brownish area around eyes and mouth since last 3-4 months. It is a bit more smelly too. I have not given any different food in this period. Can someone suggest what is the best solution for this?

He is 5-7 year old. Adult adopted 3 years back. I don't see him itching
