It's probably a Meibomian cyst but definitely needs an examination. The eye infections are most common in Shih Tzus. I advise you to get him checked clinically by a veterinarian.

hey! so i rescued a pup about a month ago (she's about 3 months old right now) and she needs to be potty trained. since none of us are usually around her at all times because we're busy with work, we are unable to train her the traditional way.
