Hi, To our Ruby (a male Shih Tzu, 11 months), because of the hair knots, ticks, and fleas, the doctor suggested zero trimming, and we did it. But still, we can see a few fleas on his body,but no ticks. Is it okay to use Erina EP shampoo and powder? How frequently can I use it? Can anyone help, please

We applied the spot on and took him for bath after one week. There are no ticks on him but fleas are still there. I'll try oral medication as you said. Thank you so much for your help ma'am.
