I gave first water bath to my pet when he was 3 months. Before that was using dry shampoo etc

Dr. Anukarna Singh
Preferably not, you can give a full wet bath after 3 months of age. For now you can give a sponge bath or use some dry shampoo for cleaning.

Thank you Doctor, I am using dry shampoo, once in a week, is that frequency fine?

Dr. Anukarna Singh
Yes please, once in a week should be fine. Sometimes cleaning too often can cause the skin to become very dry and that leads to secondary infections. With this it would also be important for you to brush your puppy regularly and trim the fur around the eye.

My dog is 9.5 years old (will be 10 this June). On late feb he fell severely sick (unable to walk/get up, not eating or drinking). He put his head down and started walking circles, wall pressing, not sitting or sleeping and behaving very unusual and we took him to vet immediately.
It's been almost a month and he still shows symptoms like this.
At first the doctor told it's ckd and he got better after a course of anti biotics. But the same symptoms of walking in circles, head stumbling and lack of sleep is back again. This time the vet suspects it's vestibular problem.
Idk what's wrong with him. Any clue on what might be happening or what i should be expecting from the vet and the situation?3 comments•84 views
