Hi Priyanka. That's an infection. May be bacterial or any other cause. It shouldn't be left untreated. I advise you to book a consultation, as soon as possible to discuss in detail with a vet.

Because of excessive heat past few weeks my dog was very irritated and he was having itching and red dots so gave him a medicine and applied coconut oil and did complete shaving post that he is feeling better and doing less itching and givng him lots of liquid and slight curd as well to feel better. Thanks kuddle for the support and gromming which was really helpful
