Vegetables:
1. Carrot
Should be Washed and peeled.
Permissible form - raw or cooked.
Good for Dental Health.
2. Cucumber
Permissible form - raw.
3. Green Beans
Permissible form - cooked.
4. Pumpkin
Peeled and de-seeded.
Permissible form - cooked.
Good for digestion.
5. Bottle Gourd
Permissible form - cooked.
6. Brocolli
Less than 10% of diet.
Permissible form- cooked.
7. Potato and Sweet Potato
Peeled.
Permissible form - boiled.
8. Cabbage
Good for health.
Should be given in moderation.
