Then it can be because of winter dryness There are ointments available like pawcare to reduce the dryness try using that

After giving bath dry the inside of the paws fully otherwise it may start to smell badly

I have one ointment and tried that, but it lasts only for less time .after that, again it become dry..and he s licking also while applying the cream
