I have a beagle who is 5 years old but has the habit of being hand fed instead of eating on itself how to change this habit. Can someone please suggest something on this??

Once u start feeding the pet with the hand they get adjusted to it and want the same every time, so now on let him feed by himself just guide with little quantity of food in ur hand to food bowl this may help little bit in reducing that habit
