You can start using pee pads for her, once if she urinates on the pee pad ,put it in one corner of the house or balcony where you want, and gradually she because of pheromones she will start urinating and pooping at one place. You can also litter train her, cats mostly prefer litter boxes as they feel more comfortable because of their natural tendency to hide their poop . You can use good good litter material with Bentonite which will control the odor and soak the moisture,change the litter evey 2days
