Hi samreen, high temperature and vomiting might be due to viral infection in unvaccinated kittens.

So, she would be able to eat and do casual things.... coz she So dull now
Dr. Supriya
Firstly get a blood test done to rule out viral infection. As she is vomiting continously Intravenous fluids are required to restore lost fluids. Kindly book a home visit or consult a near by vet.

So, my doubt was she have got the two dose of fewer and vomiting and the vomited are disable but the thing is she so weak and dull not eating properly, so that's why I am afraid she is slow going lethargic...
Dr. Supriya
If she had only fever ,vomiting (simple gastritis) without any infection she would have been better by now. Even if you force feed her she will not be able to take it. In kittens there will not be much stored energy even if they vomit 2 or 3 times and if they are not taking food /water fluid restoration is important.
