I got my cat from the society I was living in. She regularly used to visit us and when we we were moving out, we couldn't help but bring her with us to out new home. I am sure she is comfortable here, with all the warm and cozy blankets, but she always eyes outside, as if she wants to go back. And for this reason I have not spayed her, because I am not sure if it's the right thing to do with her. She has become an important member in our life, and don't want to leave her. What is better for her? Also, should i get her spayed?

Yes. Get her spayed. Female cats can get pregnant as early as 4 months old and they will keep getting pregnant every 4 months after that. Each pregnancy increases the chances of her getting mammary and uterine cancers. She will need 14 days of rest. She can’t jump around after the surgery.
