I think you should avoid it as it causes heat. I don't know for other dogs but as ours is husky we don't feed chicken during summer because it can't take the heat.

Dogs being carnivores require a high protein diet throughout the year irrespective of the season. In nature a canine would only eat meat and that's their primary food. Keep your pet hydrated well and maintain good ventilation throughout the day that would be enough to keep him/ her comfortable.

Absolutely. Please also supplement with buttermilk daily between meals. Helps them cool down. Also, always keep a fresh bowl of water in reach.

I have seen a few posts mentioning about dogs not eating food. This video will certainly help - Just the way we humans prefer fresh food, our pets also love having fresh food.
Take some time out every day to cook fresh veggies every day. I Boil carrots, beans, sweet potatoes , potatoes, 1 spoon rice and 1 spoon dal , 1 boiled egg and half spoon oil for 4-5 whistles. Don't restrict to these vegetables alone. I keep changing the veggies.. like - peas , disco pumpkin, cabbage etc
Add 3 spoons of your kibble to make it crunchier. Trust me, Leo never had an issue with the food. He eats every single part of the meal twice a day 😋12 likes•42 views
