It's been a day already so check for any blood(red or black in color) in stools. Consult a vet immediately If you observe any abnormality in stools or eating behaviour

Our Pomeranian 1.7 years pet frequently has below issues once in two weeks -
1. Vomit ( toxic foam like water )
