My dog doesn't eat food since morning his stomach make growling sounds, he didn't pee or poo since morning. What to do? I'm very worried..plzz reply as early as possible

Yes he is on treatment, he has some kidney issues as he drink less water and also have low platelets and skin infection

I would highly recommend you to take him to a vet for clinical examination for further evaluation as foreign body was observed in the feces. Till then give him Syrup Sucralfate (5ml-0-5ml) before food.
