Hi Sir.. Erythema can be observed in this image...Your pet could have bacterial skin infection which could be secondary to many underlying causes..

underlying cause could be atopy, flea allergy dermatitis, demodicosis, scabies, contact dermatitis etc..It requires examination..kindly schedule an appointment with vet for home visit so that treatment could be given accordingly.
