These patches can be fungal lesions/bacterial lesions/ flea bite dermatitis/allergic reactions. If itching is too much antihistamines need to be administered depending on the body weight or for home remedy neem, turmeric and aloe vera can be mixed and applied for relief from itching and redness. If he develops these kind of rashes all over the body or in multiple places please consult a vet because these needs to be investigated thoroughly.

Hey Dr. I had recently got my male cat sterilized. Nd since thn my female cat screams a lot during her heat period. Extremely bad she screams the whole day nd night .
