My dog Shihtzu 2 yrs old male is not eating or willing to eat food for last 3-4 days . We have not changed the food . Giving the same good . Otherwise he is active and wants to play . What could be the reason for sudden change in behaviour ?

Hi Piyush. Pets stop eating food when they are going through any kind of pain or illness in the body. Or inappetence is also seen when they are bored of food or when annoyed for any reason.

Try flavouring his food by adding small amounts of butter/coriander or mint leaves/oregano. You can also try recipes available in kuddle food section. Give syrup Digyton and observe, if doesn’t decrease get him checked clinically along with blood work.
