Hi. There will be high chances of intestinal obstruction. I would suggest you to go to hospital for the x ray and confirmation. Meanwhile give Cremaffin (3ml-0-0).

If it has happened 30-40 minutes back, a vomiting can be induced at hospital. So I suggest you to go to hospital as early as possible.
