This can be fungal infection/ mixed infection. Check for fleas or ticks on his body. Check for more such lesions because chances are high that more such lesions might be present as it often goes unnoticed. Apply E6 lotion twice daily on the lesion after cleaning with diluted Betadine solution. If itching appears or more such lesions appears get it checked by a vet for thorough investigation.

We use Brevecto medicine for ticks and anti fungal shampoo and from long time no ticks or fleas on his body. But still not sure how he got this. Anyways will try E6 as you mentioned, it was helpful. Thank you so much.
