Hi Samarth, this condition is called as elbow hygroma. Due to excessive friction there will be fluid accumulation in the elbow. It is important to give them soft bedding and avoid rough surfaces while sleeping

He sleeps in cage which is covered with bed

Can you make him sleep on the floor for some time instead of cage. Is it possible?

If hygroma is already present it should treated either by applying pressure bandage or remove it surgically
