Both Chicken and lamb are a good source of protein for puppies and dogs. You can use any of them. But do incorporate veggies like bean, carrot, green veggies, cucumber, pumpkin etc and some fruits like apple, mango, banana etc. in moderation in his diet. The veggies and fruits will provide the other essential nutrients and vitamins in the diet. Curd with water every 2-3 days in a week will also help in maintaining the gut health.
